My name is Edina. I was born and raised in Romania, but I currently live in Stockholm. I’m pursuing an MSc in Interactive Media Technology at KTH, where I’ve developed both technical and design skills that allow me to create a product from start to finish. 

I’m passionate about creating useful, intuitive solutions that improve people’s lives. This passion was sparked when I interviewed a girl in a long-distance relationship that struggled connecting to her partner. She broke down into tears because there was no product to address her struggles and their relationship was on the brink of ending. That experience made me realise the profound impact design can have on people’s lives. 

I seek a dynamic work environment that will push my boundaries, as I believe such experiences do the most to foster personal and professional development. I learned this when I moved to Sweden to pursue a degree in a language that was completely foreign to me. Although incredibly challenging, this experience instilled in me the belief that I could overcome any difficulty I faced—a belief that is now a cornerstone of my character.
